General description

Piega R aluminium forged wheel (race use only/only for track use):

The PIEGA R series is equipped with the innovative "C-section" and is predestined for teams, riders and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A very competitive set of wheels which - compared to the most commonly used and older designs of forged rimn - offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight and stiffness.

The Piega R series, made from a single casting, impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountingn of the chainnblatt and brake disc are each adapted to the requirements of the individual race bikes.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to minimising weight. The wheels can be subjected to a special ballstrahlprozedur to further improve the already convincing service life of the wheels.

OZ rimn are interchangeable with the original rimn. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.

For the highest demands, the wheels in the area of the rim and the hub can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities on request.

Both front and rear wheel can be optionally equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tires from twisting on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
