General Description

Piega R forged aluminium wheel (race use only):

The PIEGA R series features the innovative “C-section” and is predestined for teams, riders and championships where wheel performance plays a “significant” role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older designs of forged rims.

The single-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings of the chainnblatt and brake disc are each adapted to the requirements of the individual race bikes.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can undergo a special ball-peening procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- Scope of supply front wheel: bearings, bearing bushings, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting
- Scope of supply rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushings, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting, rear sprocket carrierr, cush drive rubbers
- Scope of supply rear wheel single-sided swingarm: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels in the area of the rim and the hub can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities available on request.

Both the front and rear wheel can optionally be equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from rotating on the rim under extreme acceleration. The Piega R is naturally also available for single-sided swingarms.
