Piega R aluminium forged rim (forged use only):

The PIEGA R series is equipped with the innovative "C-section" and is ideal for teams, riders, and championships where forged performance plays a "weighty" role.

A very competitive set of forgeds which – compared to the most commonly used and older designs of forged rims – offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness.

The one-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings of the chain and brake disc are each tailored to the requirements of the individual forged bikes.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to minimising weight. The forgeds can undergo a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the forgeds.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.

- Scope of delivery rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushings, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc carrier, rear sprocket carrier, cush drive rubbers
- Scope of delivery rear wheel single-sided swingarm: angle valve

For the highest demands, the forgeds in the rim and hub area can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities on request.

Both front and rear wheel can, if desired, be equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from rotating on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
