The Öhlins steering dampers available for many current motorcycles have a wide adjustment range and can therefore be perfectly tailored to every application. They support and relieve the rider: the effort required to correct the handlebar while riding is minimised with the help of the steering damper. Steering dampers help to improve the control of the front wheel by largely eliminating handlebar oscillations, also known as 'kick-back'.
