General description

The Öhlins FKA Cartridge Kits for Adventure Bikes are based on NIX technology, also used in our street and racing products. Öhlins Cartridge Kits enhance the comfort and performance of your adventure bike.

After replacing the complete internals of the original fork with the Öhlins Cartridge Kit, it is adjustable in spring preload and damping. Rebound and compression damping compression damping are housed in a dedicated fork tube respectively. A hydraulic stop prevents the fork from bottoming out. Furthermore, various spring rates are available, allowing for adaptation to the rider's individual preferences.

The fork springs and oil must be ordered separately. Information on selecting the recommended spring rate can be found in the installation instructions.

Öhlins Cartridge systems are designed for installation in standard forks and are supplied without springs. The fork springs must be ordered separately, depending on rider weight and intended use. Information on selecting the spring rate and the correct fork oil can be found in the installation instructions for the respective Cartridge Kit.
Required tools

Various tools are required for the professional installation of the Cartridge Kit. These are not included in the scope of delivery and can also be ordered via the Alphatechnik online shop.
