LSL Superbike Kit with Part Certificate for Kawasaki ZZR600, Type ZX600D/ZX600E, model years 1990-2005, silver, (Type A)

General Description

Superbike kit for 22.2mm standard handlebar

The LSL Superbike conversion kits are designed to be fitted to the production motorcycle with reasonable effort and standard workshop tools. Depending on the model, the kits are supplied with a complete triple clamp or a one or two-piece adapter and all necessary cables or hoses. The parts are silver or black anodised, depending on the colour of the original yokes.

Due to the manufacturer-specific differences in the mounting of handlebar ends, these can generally not be reused. Please check their usability and order the desired handlebar ends separately.

The matching handlebar are not included in the kit but must be ordered separately due to the choice of materials and colours.

It is often possible to replace the 22.2mm clamps with our Fat Bar clamps. As this results in height differences, the handlebar recommendations and mounting instructions may no longer be valid. In this case, please contact our sales team.

For this product, the following item is additionally required:
Superbike handlebar (recommended) aluminium steel

The following products are suitable for this item:
handlebar weights for aluminium handlebars for steel handlebars / mirrors / drilling template

Important note for TÜV registration:
You absolutely need the supplied Superbike kit part certificate. The handlebar ABE only lists models that originally already have a tube handlebar. The handlebar ABE is not required for the registration of the Superbike kit.

Important note:
For the ZX600D model (90-92), neither the fairing nor the fairing screen needs to be shortened.
For the ZX600E model (93-05), the fairing screen must be shortened.
