General description

LSL steel handlebar 22.0mm

LSL stands for excellent handlebar quality. This is due to the company's own material selection and the manufacturing quality of the handlebar that has been optimised over decades.
The steel handlebars with 22.0mm outer diameter are particularly suitable for use on youngtimers of German and Italian manufacture, as they also originally had handlebar with a 22.0mm diameter.
The handlebar of some later BMW and Ducati models also had this metric dimension.
The wall thickness of the steel handlebars is 2mm (18mm internal).
The surface is high-gloss polished and chrome-plated or black KTL-coated.
The handlebar are supplied without holes for the anti-twist device of the switch fittings. To best transfer the position of the holes from the standard handlebar, we recommend use the LSL drilling template.
The 22.0mm handlebar are supplied with a parts certificate. The parts certificate lists some vehicle types as examples, but use is possible on many more vehicles that we could not all list.
The parts certificate then serves as a sound basis for the expert for the individual approval and registration of the handlebar in the vehicle documents.

Care instructions:
• For all handlebar and their surface variants, only use acid- and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles etc.; immediately wipe off any drops with a soft cloth.
• Before application of cleaning agents, test compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
