General description

LSL Steel handlebar 22.0mm

LSL stands for excellent handlebar quality. This is due to the company's own material selection and the manufacturing quality of the handlebar which has been optimised over decades.
The steel handlebar with 22.0mm outer diameter are particularly suitable for use on German and Italian youngtimers, as these also originally had handlebar with a 22.0mm diameter.
The handlebar of some later BMW and Ducati models also had this metric dimension.
The wall thickness of the steel handlebar is 2mm (inner 18mm). The surface is high-gloss polished and chrome-plated or black KTL-coated.
The handlebar are supplied without holes for the anti-twist device of the switchgear. To best transfer the position of the holes from the standard handlebar, we recommend to use the LSL drilling template.
The 22.0mm handlebar are supplied with a part certificate. The part certificate exemplary lists some vehicle types, but use is possible on many more vehicles that we could not all list.
The part certificate then serves as a profound basis for the expert to individually inspect and register the handlebar in the vehicle documents.

Care instructions:
• For all handlebar and their surface variants, only use acid- and alkali-free cleaner!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles etc., immediately wipe up any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before application of cleaning agents, test compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
