LSL steering damper kit with technical report
Designers of particularly sports-oriented motorcycles with extremely low weight and extreme steering head angles regularly encounter severe shimmy (handlebarwobbling) and kick-back (handlebarjolt) – phenomena that impair riding pleasure and safety.
To get these influences under control, steering dampers are used in racing. LSL also offers this instrument for use on public street.
Correct installation of the steering damper is crucial for its optimal power, performance and flawless function. LSL therefore develops individual attachment, bracket for each model. The steering damper kits are equipped with model-specific technical reports, and installation is precisely described in a comprehensive mounting instruction.
