LSL Steering Damper Kit with Part Certificate
Manufacturers of particularly sports-oriented motorcycles, with extremely low weight and extreme steering head angles, frequently encounter strong influences from shimmy (handlebarflutter) and kick-back (handlebarslap) – phenomena that impair riding pleasure and safety.
To get these influences under control, steering dampers are used in racing. LSL also offers this instrument for use on the street.
The correct attachment of the steering damper is crucial for its optimal power, performance and flawless function. LSL therefore develops individual attachment, bracket for each model. The steering damper kits are equipped with model-specific part certificates, and installation is precisely described in a comprehensive mounting instruction manual.
