LSL steering damper kit with component certificate
Designers of particularly sports-oriented motorcycles, featuring extremely low weight and extreme steering head angles, regularly encounter strong influences from shimmy (handlebarflattern) and kick-back (handlebarschlagen) – phenomena that impair riding pleasure and safety.
To get these influences under control, steering dampers are used in racing. LSL also offers this instrument for use on street.
Correct fitting of the steering damper is crucial for its optimal power, performance and flawless function. LSL therefore develops individual attachment, bracket for each model. The steering damper kits are equipped with model-specific component certificates, and fitting is precisely described in comprehensive mounting instructions.
