LSL Steering Damper Kit with Component Certificate
Designers of particularly sport-oriented motorcycles with extremely low weight and extreme steering head angles frequently encounter severe shimmy (handlebarflattern) and kick-back (handlebarschlagen) – phenomena that compromise riding pleasure and safety.
To get these influences under control, steering dampers are used in racing. LSL also offers this instrument for use on the street.
The correct mounting of the steering damper is crucial for its optimal power, performance and flawless function. LSL therefore develops individual attachment, brackets for each model. The steering damper kits are equipped with model-specific component certificates, and the assembly is precisely described in comprehensive mounting instructions.
