1 inch (25.4mm) aluminium handlebar by LSL

LSL stands for excellent handlebar quality. This is due to the company's own selection of material and material treatment, as well as the manufacturing quality of the handlebar optimised over decades.

As the only handlebar producer in Europe, LSL also offers variants with a 25.4mm outer diameter (1-inch) in its aluminium handlebar range. LSL thereby covers the demand for sporty handlebar types. These handlebar are internally reinforced in the clamping area and achieve exceptional rigidity despite the aluminium-typical low weight.

With a continuous outer diameter of 25.4mm, the wall thickness at the handlebar ends is 4 mm (inside 17.4mm). The surface is matt bead-blasted or high-gloss polished and available in various anodised colours depending on the handlebar type.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation device of the switchgear.
To best transfer the position of the holes from the standard handlebar, we recommend using an LSL drilling template.

All LSL-handlebars are supplied with ABE.
The model range is huge and is expanded every year with new entries.
The ABE reliably documents which handlebar type fits and is approved for the motorcycle.

Generally, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
Therefore, check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you do not find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as accompanying documentation for an individual approval.

Care instructions:
• For all handlebars and their surface variants, only use acid- and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc.; immediately wipe up any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before application cleaning agents, test for compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
