General Description

1 inch (25.4mm) aluminium handlebar from LSL

LSL stands for outstanding handlebar quality, which is due to the company's own selection of materials and material treatment, as well as handlebar manufacturing quality optimised over decades.

As the only handlebar manufacturer in Europe, LSL also offers variants with a 25.4mm outer diameter (1-inch) in its aluminium handlebar range. LSL thus meets the demand for sporty handlebar types. These handlebar are internally reinforced in the clamping area and achieve exceptional rigidity despite the low weight typical of aluminium.

With a continuous outer diameter of 25.4mm, the wall thickness at the handlebar ends is 4mm (17.4mm internally). The surface is matt bead-blasted or high-gloss polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in various anodised colours.

The handlebar are supplied without holes for twist protection of the switchgear. To best transfer the position of the holes from the standard handlebar, we recommend using an LSL drilling template.

All LSL handlebar are supplied with an ABE.
The range of models is huge and is expanded with new entries every year. The ABE reliably documents which handlebar type fits and is approved for the motorcycle.

Generally, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
Therefore, please check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
Should you not find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a supporting document for an individual inspection.

Care instructions:
• For all handlebar and their surface variants, only use acid- and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc.; immediately wipe up any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before application cleaning agents, test compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
