General description

Winglets on the motorcycle improve significantly improve handling. The pressure on the front wheel is increased, making the motorcycle more stable during acceleration and deceleration. To further enhance this effect on the Tuono, we have noticeably and visibly widened the original multi-stage winglets. This makes the motorcycle not only look even more aggressive, but also improves its grip on the street.
To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This ensures the carbon part seamlessly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycles. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only boasts a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel for the same volume, while simultaneously weighing only a breakage of its weight due to its particularly low density. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material against all types of environmental influencesn, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
