General Description

The Ilmberger Carbon windscreen provides the rider with a small wind screen and relieves strain on the rider's arms while riding. This counteracts premature fatigue. Visually, the windscreen remains subtle and integrates seamlessly into the design language of the muscle bike. A special highlight is the multi-layer construction, which allows for a beautiful finish – inside and out!
The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version and accentuates the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, similar to what is used in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in an autoclave in several stages, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its exceptionally low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
