General Description

Fairings were developed to protect the rider from wind and to reduce overall air resistance. To improve this protection, we have additionally widened the side fairing part with the wind deflector. This further improves arm protection from air stream.
Additionally, the front features a small but fine eye-catcher made from the highest quality carbon.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This way, the carbon part perfectly nestles into the surrounding forms of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with a unique look but also with its unparalleled technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
