General Description

Fairings are designed to protect the rider from wind and reduce overall aerodynamic drag. To improve this protection, we have additionally widened the side fairing part with the wind deflector. This provides even better protection for the arms from the air stream. Additionally, at the front, there is a small but exquisite eye-catcher made from the highest quality carbon. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This allows the carbon part to perfectly nestle into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more stunning the result. For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only offers a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content. To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material. The facts:
