General Description

The Wheelcover improve the aerodynamics of the motorcycle. The airflow at the front wheel becomes less turbulent and can thus flow better to the parts behind it. This not only reduces air resistance but also, for example, improves airflow to the radiatorr.

This item does not include a bracket. The front wheel must be removed for mounting. The Wheelcover is compatible with the original bracket of the BMW M1000RR.

For optimal experience, we recommend the additional installation of the KVO.006.M123S.K (Road Version) or the KVO.206.M1RR3.K (Racing Version).

For our carbon, we exclusively use pre-preg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately hand-laminated and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
