General description

The water-pump cover cover replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned by experts into the mould. This ensures the carbon part perfectly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and hardened cured in an autoclave in several stages, impresses not only with a unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influences of all kinds from the environment, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
So that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
