The water cooler cover for the right side in carbon with a matt finish for the Ducati XDiavel from 2016 is bolted to existing mounting points on the vehicle. The covers disguise the standard aluminium radiatorr and give this very plain component a distinctly sporty look. The protection of the elaborate aluminium radiatorr is also effectively increased by the use of high-strength carbon... and all this at a weight of only about 40g! In the matt finish, the Ilmberger carbon parts for the Ducati X-Diavel perfectly match the equally matt carbon parts originally offered by Ducati. The parts are mounted using original mountingpunkte. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish far surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
