General description
Carbon valve cover left side L/S - BMW R NineTThe very robust yet under 500 gram light valve cover give the BMW Boxer an absolute high-tech look! It's the icing on the cake for the air/oil-cooled BMW Boxer!
The carbon valve cover is screwed onto existing mounting points on the vehicle. The parts are mounted using original mountingpoints. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer finish in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically, but it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
