The carbon valve cover cover is bolted to existing mounting points on the vehicle. It complements the vehicle and provides additional protection against damage. The parts are mounted using original mounting points. The carbon part is manufactured completely from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, is then covered with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
