General Description

Two-piece license plate holder - BMW R1200R (LC) from 2015 / BMW R1200RS (LC) from 2015. The original panniers can be used in conjunction with this license plate holder! The carbon license plate holder replaces the original component using the original mounting points. It is slightly shorter than the original part. This makes the rear of the motorcycle appear slightly higher. The two-piece license plate holder is elaborately manufactured from carbon and is attached to the frame rear fairing. The items are supplied together. Under product videos, you will find a 360-degree view of the fairing part! The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
