General Description

The Carbon toothed belt, timing beltdrive wheel cover for the BMW F800R (2009-2015) / S (2006-current) / ST (2006-current) / GT (2012-current) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically savings of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, was then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only excels technically; it also significantly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
