The toothed belt, timing belt cover for the vertical cylinder, made of carbon with a glossy finish for the Ducati Diavel 1260 from 2019 onwards, is bolted onto existing mounting points on the vehicle.The parts are mounted using original mounting points. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically, but it also clearly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
