The carbon toothed belt, timing belt cover for Ducati 1100 engines replaces the original component using the original mounting points. Key benefits include weight savings (typically around 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
