General description
The swingarm protector iincluding upperen chainguard in carbon for the Ducati Supersport 939 with ABE is delivered with a matt painted surface and thus blends perfectly into the overall appearance of the original Ducati and Ducati Performance parts. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from pre-preg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, in the next step, as usual, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences.
This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
