The carbon swingarm protector for the Ducati Multistrada V4 Pike's Peak conceals the swingarm underneath and perfectly complements the rear fender to create a uniform overall look at the lower rear!The final clear coat layer comes in a satin matt finish and matches the clear coat used for the Ducati Performance parts.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric that is specially manufactured for this purpose and is also similarly used in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material is meticulously hand-laminated and hardened in several stages in an autoclave, which not only ensures a unique appearance but also outstanding technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times higher specific rigidity than steel and, due to its low density, is only one breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced thanks to the high fibre volume content in our material.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect that particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also fitting this part is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points.
