The right swingarm cover in a matte finish for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade (SP), SC82, from 2020 onwards, replaces the original component using the original mounting points.The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured according to the latest guidelines entirely from pre-preg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear coat in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the finish doesn't just score technically; it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
