The carbon swingarm covers for the BMW S1000R (2014-current) / S1000RR street (2010-2015) / HP 4 (2012-current) are affixed to the original swingarm using adhesive strips already attached to the carbon part. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer coatings in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
