General Description

The carbon swingarm cover for the Ducati 1299 Panigale is delivered with a matt lacquered finish, perfectly integrating into the overall look of the original Ducati and Ducati Performance parts. On the inside, the swingarm cover is reinforced with Kevlar at exposed, crash-prone areas for better protection of the swingarm. The carbon swingarm cover for the Ducati 1299 Panigale replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The primary focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is our custom, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only excels technically; it also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
