General description

Without additional screws, the carbon swingarm cover protects everything beneath it. The continuously adjustable chain adjuster remains accessible and optimal maintenance of the motorcycle is ensured. Visually, thanks to the depth effect of carbon, it appears significantly more intense than the rough cast upper surface of the swingarm.
Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is enormously enhanced. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are uniformly laid into the mould and aligned by experts. This allows the carbon part to perfectly blend into the individual environment of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel, and at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points.
