General description

Without additional screws, the carbon swingarm cover protects everything underneath. The continuously adjustable chain adjuster remains accessible, and optimal maintenance of the motorcycle is ensured. Visually, thanks to the depth effect of carbon, it appears significantly more intense than the rough cast upper surface of the swingarm.
Installed in just a few minutes, it significantly enhances the value of the motorcycle. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are evenly laid into the mould and aligned by experts. Thus, the carbon part perfectly integrates into the individual environment of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand with great care and cured in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
