General Description

The sprocket cover is one of the most underestimated component on the entire motorcycle. Centrally mounted on the motorcycle, it surrounds the engine sprocket and does more than it might seem at first glance. It protects the engine and many other components from flying chain grease during riding. As dirt, this is particularly stubborn and difficult to remove from the soft surface of the original part. A hard surface, such as that found in high-quality carbon, is better suited here.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This ensures the carbon part perfectly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle.
The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric specially produced for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, intricately laminated by hand and hardened in multiple stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also working on the bike is a pleasure, we only use the original mounting points for this part.
