The Ilmberger Carbon splash protector for the BMW R 1300 GS is the perfect accessory for anyone who values style and protection. Thanks to the rubberised inner surface, scratches are prevented, even under the toughest conditions. This innovative solution also reduces riding noise. The splash protector is not only functional but also a real eye-catcher, giving your motorcycle an individual look.

The innovative BDC material is used here, giving the component a completely new and individual touch. The surface of each BDC part is unique and resembles marble. Ilmberger also hand-laminates the BDC, and it is cured in several stages in an autoclave. The material not only impresses with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres disperse the incident light, creating an unprecedented reflection.

The final clear coat layer on this component is the timeless glossy version, emphasising the luxurious and sporty look of the component.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, ensures a previously unmatched and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
