BDC is also laminated by hand at Ilmberger and cured in several stages in an autoclave. The material impresses not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres scatter incident light, creating an unprecedented reflection.

The final clear coat on this component is in the satin matt version, emphasising the luxurious sporty look of the component.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
