General Description

The exhaust cover for the Ducati Diavel V4 protects the silencer and gives the standard exhaust a completely new sporty look. The carbon part covers the silencer over its full height and looks great even when the motorcycle is standing on its side stand!
The final clear coat is in the matte version and is identical to the clear coat used on Ducati Performance parts.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously handcrafted and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its unparalleled technical properties. It possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel at the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which truly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we only use the original mounting points for this part.
