General Description
This carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% saving compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as usual, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically, but it also clearly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
