The carbon side fairing insert for the Ducati 1199 Panigale is supplied with a matt painted surface and thus perfectly blends into the overall appearance of the original Ducati and Ducati Performance parts. The carbon license plate holder for the Ducati 1199 Panigale replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically savings of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating vastly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
