Ilmberger Carbon Side Cover right side R/S on the fuel tank, Carbon for BMW S1000RR Stocksport/RacingGeneral Description
The carbon side covers on the fuel tank for the BMW S1000RR replace the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight reduction (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.| Manufacturer | Model | Type | Model Year | Variant/Version | Note | Homologation | ccm |
