The mighty rear tyre of the Ducati Diavel V4 is one of the hallmarks of this muscle bike. It is therefore important to integrate this corresponding into the rest of the vehicle. The Ilmberger Carbon rear mudguard not only offers excellent splash protector, but also seamlessly blends into the design language of the Ducati Diavel V4, completing the motorcycle!The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version, accentuating the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric specially produced for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, intricately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only offers a unique look but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it boasts three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its exceptionally low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influencesn, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the material's high quality.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
