The rear wheel cover in carbon for the Husqvarna Nuda 900 and 900 R replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight saving (typically around 70% saving compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores points technically but also clearly emphasises the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
