The gloss-finish carbon rear fender for the Ducati V4 Streetfighter replaces the original component using the original mounting points.The primary focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from pre-preg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating vastly outperforms conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically, but it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
