General description

Bolted to the original mounting points, the carbon rear fender proves its worth in all situations. It significantly better protects the rider and the motorcycle from dirt coming from the rear wheel. The exposed chainguard was also extended in its design compared to the original part. This ensures that unwanted stains on the bike and rider from a well-lubricated chain are a thing of the past.
Not only technically, but also visually, the rear fender can unleash its full potential. Especially in combination with the front chainguard, a unique visual unit is created. Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is enormously enhanced. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned in the mould by experts. This way, the carbon part perfectly nestles into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more overwhelming the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, intricately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
