The carbon radiator cover left side L/S for the BMW S 1000 R from 2021 replaces the original component using the original mounting points.



To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned in the mould by experts. This ensures the carbon part perfectly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
