The one-piece carbon fairing upper part for the BMW M 1000 RR replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The upper part is designed as a single piece, with the mid-fairing section already permanently integrated into the carbon part. No additional effort is spared in production to save weight, aiming to make the spearhead of supersport motorcycles even sharper and lighter!Racing part without ABE and TÜVThe focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from Prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences.This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
