General Description

The matt carbon pillion seat cover for the Aprilia Tuono V4 / RSV4 2022 replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

Installed in just a few minutes, it significantly enhances the value of the motorcycle. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are evenly laid into the mould and aligned by experts. This ensures the carbon part perfectly blends into the individual surroundings of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use pre-preg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with a unique look but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unparalleled and unique deep-gloss effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
