General Description

The powerful rear tyre of the Ducati Diavel V4 is one of the hallmarks of this muscle bike. It is therefore crucial to integrate this corresponding into the rest of the vehicle. The rear mudguard from Ilmberger Carbon not only offers excellent splash protector, but also seamlessly integrates into the design language of the Ducati Diavel V4, bringing the motorcycle to perfection!
The final clear coat comes in the matte version and is identical to the clear coat used on Ducati Performance parts.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in similar forms in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a fraction (breakageteil) of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also working on the bike is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
