Mudguard fronte Superbike Racing suitable for BMW S 1000 RR from 2019 onwards and BMW M 1000 RRRacing part without ABE and TÜV approval
Our carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from pre-preg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
